Front Staff

Chaa Sutta Bar is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards

Handle cash and card transactions responsibly

Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, seating area, and workstations

Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties

Answer customer questions about menu items and promotions

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or food & beverage is an asset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic math and cash-handling skills

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
